Love, passion, fear, pain, blood. All symbolized by the most intense of colors, red, because people who live with passion live against a red background. In 1967, a soldier in the Greek division leaves Cyprus, losing his teenage love forever. Forty-one years later, he learns that he left much more behind. A woman trapped in a dead marriage, but at the same time caught up in a passionate and forbidden love affair. A doomed love affair that will lead two brothers into a deadly conflict. When one foot steps into passion, the other is surely in the wrong. But only the dead are far from passion and error. The living are doomed to experience the supreme happiness of a love that is born, but also the deep pain left behind by a love that dies, or, even worse, a love that is forever forbidden and unfulfilled.
